I purchased the Garnen Approach R50 launch monitor package for $9,000.I set it up myself, my wife helped me out.The hardest part was the projector mount. I had to improvise a bit to get the mounting bracket onto the projector itself.After it was all set up, I works great!I use it everyday. The monitor is very accurate all the way down to putting.The things that I am not that happy about are:(1) The projector does not cast a display that covers the entire impact screen. The very top and bottom of the screen are letterboxed out (just black). Maybe 8 inches off the top and bottom of the screen.(2) The velcro on both sides of the bottom of the impact screen come undone which causes the screen to be wavey.(3) The impact screen is already showing ball marks after having it for just 2 months.These are all problems I can easily live with, but would be nice to not have these issues.

2 of the poles were bent on the end and would not allow proper assembly. I had to work on each one for 15 minutes to get them round enough to be able to insert the other one. I had an installation question via chat and it took forever! Then they emailed me this answer hours later. Instructions sheets are almost useless. I found the YouTube videos much more helpful.

The one disappointment after using it for a few weeks is that I needed to order another pole to back the projector up to try and fit the picture on the whole screen. I think this needs to be better communicated to buyers up front. Rapsodo will never fill screen with the 16:9 aspect ratio of android ore apple devices.

Playbetter was recommended to me. I did my research and ultimately agreed that PlayBetter was the optimum choice based on customer feedback, selection and service. Price was important (PlayBetter is very competitive) but not the dominant factor. I discovered that the company has very knowledgeable and courteous colleagues, a good help system to support after (and before) sales questions. They promptly provided required assistance in setting up and interfacing the sim external components (computer, projector, network). Very little assistance was required and the assistance I received was prompt and spot on. Phoning and/or using the online tool to request assistance resulted in timely support. I would say that the online tool to request general or detailed assistance is very handy. You get a timely response from a subject matter expert. My system included the Skytrak+ and runs on a Mac platform. The new Skytrak software is excellent. The included courses are excellent. The new Skytrak software is a significant upgrade from the prior versions. I would use the company again.

How Much Space Do I Need for Bushnell LPi & PlayBetter SimStudio™ Home Golf Simulator Package?
The nice thing about a photometric golf launch monitor like the Bushnell LPi is that the unit sits to the side of the ball rather than from behind it like is the case with radar-based units. That means you need only enough room depth or length so that you can comfortably swing a golf club and your ball can hit the impact screen without ricocheting back into you. We recommend about 8 feet of space between the ball and your impact screen and a total of 10 feet of room depth to allow you to swing freely.
For ceiling height, you’ll need to take into account the height of the enclosure you choose while also making sure you can swing your longest golf club comfortably with no risk of hitting the ceiling. Those height requirements will vary depending on the height and swing planes of the golfers using the sim studio.
And for room width, you’ll again need to be mindful of which size enclosure you choose. And while your hitting area shouldn’t exceed the width of your enclosure, you’ll still need to test to be sure you have enough width to comfortably swing a golf club without the risk of damaging any walls.

Per manufacturer policy, all Bushnell LPi Unit purchases are eligible for Free 30-Day Returns Only (not 60-Day Returns). Only shipment destinations within the United States are allowed. LPi software sales are final and non-refundable.
Any product that is purchased from PlayBetter and resold is no longer valid for returns. Return requests must be initiated by original buyer and accompanied by original purchase receipt. Any units registered to another customer name other than the original buyer will NOT be eligible for returns or exchanges.

One Year Limited Warranty - Your Bushnell® Golf LPi is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year after the date of purchase. In the event of a defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product, provided that you return the product postage prepaid. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, installation, or maintenance provided by someone other than a Bushnell® Authorized Service Department.
