To be eligible for a return, your Fiberbuilt item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please get in touch with us via email at help@playbetter.com and we will provide you with an RA# and return shipping instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you're shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your item has been received, we will inspect the item and provide you with a refund if it is in the proper condition.
